Qitianmei aluminum honeycomb panels are available in an overall thickness range of approximately:
5–65 mm
The final thickness depends on the application, panel dimensions, panel construction and project requirements.
A thickness should not be selected only because a panel is intended for a particular application.
The two aluminum skins should be specified separately.
Current Face Skin Thickness range:
0.1–2.0 mm
The Face Skin Thickness is selected as part of the complete panel construction.
Current Back Skin Thickness range:
0.1–2.0 mm
The Back Skin Thickness is also selected as part of the complete panel construction.
Face Skin and Back Skin are specified separately.
They can use the same thickness or different thicknesses depending on the project.
The panel structure includes an Aluminum Honeycomb Core between the Face Skin and Back Skin.
The basic panel structure is:
Aluminum Face Skin → PU Adhesive → Aluminum Honeycomb Core → PU Adhesive → Aluminum Back Skin
Aluminum honeycomb foil is approximately:
0.03 mm
This is part of the panel construction and does not normally need to be treated as a separate buyer-selected field for every inquiry.

These are cell designations. The geometric measurement method should not be assumed from the designation alone.
Where a specific geometric definition or measurement method is required for a project, it should be separately confirmed.
If the honeycomb core has not yet been decided, provide the application, panel dimensions, Overall Panel Thickness and other known project requirements first.
The final core height is confirmed according to the complete panel construction.
Core height should not be derived simply by subtracting the Face Skin Thickness and Back Skin Thickness from the Overall Panel Thickness.
